Meet the Ridge family

Chris and Erin York

Chris and Erin have 5 children, ages 9-25. Their 5 children have played sports in the county where Chris has coached for 10 years. Erin has been a constant volunteer at the local schools and in the Western Loudoun Community for over 10 years. She currently sits on the board for Loudoun Liberty and has coached with WLGSL. They've had a dream of building a youth sports facility for years and are ready to make their dream a reality.

Steve and Liz Huff

Steve and Liz have both lived in Loudoun County since they were young children. Steve is a Navy veteran and the owner of a local land development and building infrastructure company located in Northern Virginia. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Phoenix. Liz, a former softball player and coach, earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from the School of Business at George Mason University. Together they have 3 children who are all involved in multiple sports, both at the travel and recreational levels.

Bryce Dahnert

Bryce has over 12 years of experience leading high performing customer experience, sales, and operations teams at high growth startups. He has 7 years of youth sports coaching experience, coaching just about every sport with a demonstrated ability to balance high performance with player growth in a fun and educational environment. Bryce is the Coaching Development Coordinator for WLGSL and the head coach of the 9U Loudoun Liberty travel team.
